REPORT
ABDOMINAL CT.SCAN WITHOUT&WITH CONT.
The examination is performed with oral and I.V.dynami contrast,the liver is also scanned without I.V.contrast.
The stomach appears markedly distended and shows food debri due to infiltrative mass lesion at the region of antrum causing gastric outlet obstruction.
Regional lymphadenopathy cant be ruled out due to loss of fatty plains by distended stomach.
The liver,spleen,both kinneys,adrenals and pancreas appear normal.
No pleural effusion or ascites is seen.
No para aortic or mesenteric lymph node enlargement.
